The Junior online Marketeer will join our existing team to help grow and expand our business in the area of pefromance marketing with a main focus on Google Ads. The Mission is to explore tons of data, using the findings to generate and test new ad campaigns. This role will require someone who values asking big questions and doesn’t mind inventing new steps to find answers. We are looking for someone who sees obstacles and uncertainty as exciting opportunities to invent something new. In this role you will run the ads for your campaigns and you have a design team at your disposal for producing all the creatives you need, so you use both your creativity and your analytic skills to optimize the results. You will work in a goal driven, but informal atmosphere. You’ll be joining the Media Buying team, however you will have full autonomy and responsibility of your work, you will be always backed up by the whole team.
What are you going to do?
– Own the creation, implementation, and optimization of all GoogleAds campaigns
– You monitor and analyze the results of different traffic channels and manage the accounts accordingly
– Initiate new campaign ideas and work collaboratively within Media Buyingteam
– Develop new marketing funnels and angles and/or create advertising material
– Purchase traffic to generate subscriptions for our services.
– Purchase traffic on CPM/CPC/CPA/CPL
– To analyze the registration funnel and make conclusions that will deliver a higher ROI/eCPM
– Monitor the data in the internal monitoring tools, creating reports and bringing conclusions
– Assist with banners creation
We are looking for a colleague who is:
– A Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, communications, advertising or business
– Understanding the online marketing landscape
– Has knowledge of today’s marketing trends, advertising tactics and CPL/CPA business models
– No previous experience required, however passion for marketing is a must
– Any experienced with Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok or similar platforms is considered a plus
– Daily hands-on responsibility to establish and maintain performance on multiple platforms
– Able to work independently and drive results
– Accountable for the work delivered, reliable to honor the agreements and neat to keep an eye on the details.
– Ability to compile data from several sources and create actionable insights.
– Strong English verbal and written, more languages is a plus.
– Living in the Netherlands.
